Galasin Has Moved to galasin.com: How Registration Works Now

2 min The Galasin Team

Galasin now lives at galasin.com. The old address, galasinvr.com, shows a notice page that points here. If you've saved an old link in your bookmarks or shared one in a WhatsApp group, update it to galasin.com so nobody has to click twice.

We tidied up the whole registration flow at the same time. Here's what's worth knowing.

Why we moved

The name we use every day, Galasin, is finally the address too. One name for one place: easier to remember, and easier to type on a phone while you're walking.

No account needs rebuilding. Registrations, invoices and race history are all still there.

How to register for a race

Registration is split into seven short steps instead of one long form. Each step saves your progress for up to two hours, so a dropped connection halfway through doesn't cost you the form.

1. Pick a race

Every race, running and past, is on the Events page. Open the one you want, read its terms, then continue.

2. Pick a category

Choose the distance or category you're entering: 5K, 10K, half marathon, whatever the organiser has opened. Each category shows its quota up front, so you can see what's left before filling anything in.

3. Enter your email and how many people

One registration can cover several participants, which helps if you're signing up with family or a running group. Got a voucher code? Enter it here and the discount shows on the total straight away.

4. Fill in participant details

Name, date of birth, jersey size, emergency contact, and any extra questions the organiser has added. For a multi-participant registration, details are filled in one by one on the same page.

5. Choose racepack and extras

Pick your racepack option and any add-on items. The price updates the moment you change something, so the last page holds no surprises.

6. Review and pay

Before paying you get the full summary: participants, category, racepack, voucher, final total. Once you confirm, the invoice is created and payment goes through DOKU, covering bank transfer, virtual account and e-wallet.

7. Save the invoice

The invoice appears on screen and a copy goes to your email. Keep the invoice number, because that's what checks the status later.

What changed in the new look

Registered already?

These two pages are the ones you're most likely to need:

Both only need what you already have. No new account.

Something wrong?

If an old link is broken, a payment is stuck as pending, or participant details need correcting, reach us through the contact form on the home page. Include the invoice number if you have one, because that's what speeds up the search.
