Race packs for Garmin Run Indonesia 2026 are handed out on 18 and 19 September 2026 at Epiwalk Mall in Kuningan, and the race itself is on Sunday 20 September 2026 at ICE BSD, Tangerang. Start times are still unannounced as this goes up, so what you can plan around today is the collection window, the documents you need to bring, and the shuttle.
Collection runs for two days at Area Oval Atrium, Epiwalk Mall, Kawasan Rasuna Epicentrum, Jl. HR Rasuna Said, Jakarta.

Someone else can collect for you. They need an authorisation letter, a copy of your ID, and your payment receipt. Soft copies are accepted.

The start time has not been set yet. The official FAQ says it will be announced once the authorities approve it, so watch the official Garmin Run Indonesia channels through to race morning. Each cut-off is counted from your own category start, not from one clock for everybody.

Miss your cut-off and you are recorded as DNF, with no finisher medal. Finisher medals, the 21KM finisher tee, and the snack pack are handed out at the Race Village only, against your race bib. You have to wear that bib during the race: without a valid one, the organisers can refuse you entry to the start pen.
Bag drop at the Race Village is free, but the counter only takes items already packed inside a bag. The organisers do not accept liability for loss, damage, or a delay in getting your bag back. Arrive an hour before your start time so you are not queueing at the counter when your wave goes.
Shuttle Bluebird runs from three pickup points and is booked through KUYY. It costs Rp100,000 per participant, round trip included. Tickets are not sold one way, and they cannot be transferred to another participant.

The return leg departs ICE BSD at 10.30 WIB on the same bus. Show the Shuttle Bluebird QR code from your KUYY booking when you board, outbound and back.
Two of the three documents you need at collection are in your registration confirmation email. If you cannot find it, check your spam, promotions, and social folders first. Still nothing?
