Registering for a Galasin race takes just a few minutes. Follow the steps below from picking your event to receiving your confirmation email.
Browse events on the home page and open the event you want to join. Review the race details, schedule, and route, then read and accept the Terms & Conditions to continue.
Pick your race category (for example 5K, 10K, or Half Marathon). Each category shows its price, quota, and requirements. Some categories are limited, so register early.
Enter the registrant contact details, then complete each participant form: full name, identity number, date of birth, BIB name, and emergency contact. Tip: sign in with your Galasin account and your data will be pre-filled automatically.
Select your racepack items such as jersey size. Check the size chart on the event page carefully — sizes cannot be exchanged after race pack collection in most events.
Review your order summary, apply a voucher code if you have one, and proceed to payment. We support Virtual Account, QRIS, and other channels. Complete the payment before it expires — unpaid orders are released back to quota.
After payment is confirmed you will receive an invoice and registration confirmation by email. Bring this confirmation and a valid ID when collecting your race pack.
