Answers to the questions we get most often. If yours is not here, the contact form reaches us directly and we reply within 24 hours.
Open the event from the home page, accept the terms, pick a category, fill in the participant details, choose your race pack, then pay. The registration guide walks through all six steps with what each one asks for.
Check the spam folder first, then use the resend confirmation tool. It sends the invoice and confirmation again to the email address on the registration. If that address has a typo in it, the resend cannot reach you either, so contact us instead and we will correct it.
Use the check registration page. It reports the current status of a registration from the email address and the event, without needing an account.
Virtual Account, QRIS and the other channels shown at checkout. Every payment has a deadline, and it is shown on the invoice.
An unpaid order is released and its slot goes back into the category quota, so the registration does not stay reserved. Nothing is charged. If the category still has places left, register again; if it sold out in the meantime, the slot is gone and we cannot hold it.
Check the size chart on the event page before you pay, because for most events sizes cannot be exchanged once race packs have been collected. Before collection day, contact us and we will change it if the event organiser still can.
Your registration confirmation and a valid photo ID. Collecting on someone else's behalf is up to the individual event, so check that event's own instructions before sending someone in your place.
Yes. One registration can hold several participants, and each gets its own form: full name, identity number, date of birth, BIB name and emergency contact. The contact details you enter first are the registrant's, and that is the address every email goes to.
Cancellation and refund rules are set per event and are covered by the terms and conditions. Contact us with the invoice number and we will tell you what applies to your event.
